The Chocolate Experience
The new owners of the chocolate experience come from a background of corporate entertainment, providing catering, games and entertainment to such blue chip clients as HSBC bank, Next, Sky and many more. They have worked in such prestigious venues as Blenheim Palace and Knowlsley Hall, and provided everything from a single candy floss cart to a complete funfair.
This experience has now been directed at turning Chocolate Experience into the countries premier chocolate fountain and wedding service provider. Our services are being expanded rapidly, and we now cover the full UK with a professional hire service.
When you book a fountain, or any other wedding service with us, we liaise with the venue to ensure everything is organised and in place for our attendance, all of our staff hold full health and hygiene certification, with top staff members holding qualifications far in excess of what is normally required.
All of our equipment is PAT tested at 3 monthly intervals, (standard requirements are 12 monthly tests), in fact we even have in house staff qualified to undertake PAT testing to ensure absolute safety at your event.
Whereas most companies you talk to will hold £5 million of public liability insurance, we hold a minimum of £10 million, twice the industry average and designed to offer both you and the venue peace of mind. We not only supply a copy of these insurance documents, but a complete package with over 60 pages of health and hygiene and safety related documentation, many of them legal requirements but which are often overlooked by venues and operators who are not familiar with many of the rules and regulations being introduced each year.
The services listed on the right of the page are just a sample of what we can offer, using the expertise of the other companies in our group we can undertake full planning and event management, preparation of risk assessments and safety documentation and provision of entertainment, toilets, security, catering and all other requirements of weddings, parties and corporate events.
